Explore the transformative power of ritual, ceremony, and prayer as practiced across various cultures and traditions, in this dynamic two-session series led by En-Kohenet D’vorah Grenn, Ph.D and Mandisa Wood, M.F.A. As we curate an interfaith space for connection and healing, we will examine the potential of co-creating rituals and ceremonies, as well as writing our own prayers and blessings.
This course will demonstrate how we can celebrate each other’s differences, in part by sharing some of our own spiritual practices. It is also designed for those who wish to develop a spiritual practice, as well as for those who may already be facilitating personal and community transformation through ceremonies and classes.
Through a blend of inquiry, experiential learning, and creative expression, participants will gain a deeper understanding of these practices and their relevance in today's world. This course is open to anyone interested in exploring the spiritual, cultural, and ecological dimensions of ritual, ceremony, and prayer. It is particularly beneficial for educators, community leaders, artists, and those seeking to develop personal spiritual practices. People of all abilities are welcome.
Yerusha offers our courses on a sliding scale. This policy is based on 3 core principles:
Ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participation
Paying our faculty and staff dignified and competitive wages
The fiscal sustainability of our organization
When you pay as high as you are able and willing, you are helping someone else who does not have the means to do so. Thank you for sustaining our work, ensuring we pay dignified wages, and giving others a chance to experience our transformative courses.
We offer prices at low, medium, and high ends of a range. If you wish to augment your tuition anywhere within those ranges, you may use the accompanying donation form during your registration.
