Reb Zalman was quoted as saying: “Find your major flaw. There lies your glory.” As elders, engaging in life review and repair, we uncover our flaws and celebrate our gifts. Vatikah Chana Tina will guide you through a series of experiences and Sage-ing® exercises to help you discover your superpower. This six-part series will invite you to:
- Recognize your Gifts.
- Notice your Feelings.
- Discover Gratitude as your Superpower
- Use your Intuition as a Superpower.
- Use your Life Review to find your Superpower.
- Use your Superpower to benefit the world.
*No requirements outside of class time - though you may find yourself reflecting on the content throughout the week
Instructor
Chana Tina (Schachter) Duskis is the youngest child of Reb Zalman Schachter Shalomi Z"L and his first wife Tziporah Faygl Z"L. She is delighted to continue her father’s legacy by tiptoeing in his rather large footsteps and spreading Sage-ing® throughout the world.
With 68 years of life experience, she is currently not retired but "re-inspired", and feels called to inspire others with her optimistic and energetic elder self.
