Connie Zweig explores the traditional life review in midlife or beyond as the ego's life review and adds the dimension of Shadow - how to connect what was expressed with what was repressed. In this way, the unlived life moves into awareness, and we can reclaim some of what was sacrificed.
Participants will learn how to engage in this type of life review, then engage in reflection in breakout groups and a question and answer session with Connie Zweig.
This event is free of charge, part of the "Afternoon Tea" series with the Sage-ing® Legacy Program. If you are able, please consider making a donation in order to support our continued programming.
